PARROT
TREE BEACHFRONT CONDOS
The Caribbean's Best Value
Last
December, J. Edwards began building and marketing Parrot
Tree’s Beachfront Condominiums, 48 one-bedroom
luxury units overlooking a beautiful stretch of white
sandy beach and the private, secluded Parrot Tree lagoon.
Views of Roatan’s lush hills and the blue Caribbean
with mainland Honduras in the distance, complete the
picture-postcard scene.
Today,
barely three months later, ten condos have been sold
and another two are under contract. That means 25% of
the units are already gone. It also means that savvy
investors are rushing to Roatan and taking advantage
of the best value on the market.
Why
Roatan?
Not
long ago, Roatan was known only to divers and adventurous
travelers, and a handful of smart, patient speculators.
Now, Roatan is coming into its own. Tourism is on the
rise, cruise ships have made the island a popular destination,
and a growing number of expats are calling this Caribbean
haven their home. These days, you seldom hear someone
say, “Where the heck is Roatan?”
Improved
infrastructure over the past five years has brought
Roatan into the 21st century. Where before there were
bumpy roads and bush so thick you couldn’t see
through it, now a blacktopped thoroughfare reaches most
major settlements, and a small number of developments
boast beautiful homes and condos amid lavish landscaping.
Telecommunications, while still not perfect, have improved
considerably. High speed Internet is the word on everyone’s
lips.
Roatan’s
modern airport is a big step forward from the little
wooden shack that used to sit alongside a rocky dirt
runway. In addition to TACA’s weekly direct flights
from Houston and Miami, Continental offers two direct
flights from Houston on Saturday and beginning June
15th, a Wednesday flight will be added to their schedule.
There is talk, though no announcements yet, that American
will start bringing direct flights to Roatan from Ft.
Lauderdale and Dallas in the very near future.
You
can see for yourself what prices are like in other parts
of the Caribbean. Here, on Roatan, your real estate
dollar buys much, much more. Yes, there are other beautiful
places in the Caribbean, but not as affordable. And,
Roatan isn’t just a great value, it’s a
great destination…friendly, comfortable and slower
paced. It’s also a great destination if you’re
looking to start a business. The island’s booming
tourism industry offers opportunities that are limited
only by your imagination.
Why
Parrot Tree Plantation? Quality + Location = Value
You’ll
understand why the minute you pass through the impressive
entrance gate. For the most part, other developments
can only show you artists’ renderings and floor
plans. At Parrot Tree, you can see what your investment
buys. Quality. The level of construction – materials,
furnishings, finishing and details – is unmatched
anywhere on the island, and in fact, anywhere in the
Caribbean at this price.
Phase
One of Parrot Tree’s Marina Villa project, 29
two and three-bedroom luxury condominiums, is nearly
sold out and in the final stages of completion. Stop
by and see what the developer has done to increase the
value of the property, and take a moment to tour one
of the units. You’ll appreciate what we mean by
Quality.
With
more than three miles of coastline and green, tree studded
hillsides, Parrot Tree is by far the best development
property on Roatan. It is a stunning location, blessed
with breathtaking views, the south shore’s cooling
tradewinds and enough amenities – some in place,
some still in the planning stages – to provide
something for everyone, from investors and retirees,
to vacationers and families.
The
time to buy is now…because the greatest capital
appreciation takes place between preconstruction and
the finished product. Buildings are under construction
and infrastructure is in place. Two buildings (six units
in each) will be completed before the end of this year,
and the remaining units in 2006. Construction of a spectacular
280-foot pool is slated to begin in April, with completion
expected in about one year.
With
an affordable price range of $219,900 to $239,900, these
luxurious beachfront condos won’t be on the market
for long and prices will only go up. Consider what you’re
getting – Quality, location, amenities, an investment
you can see – and all of this with financing available
(unheard of in the past).
If
you’ve been thinking about investing in Roatan,
this is your chance. Parrot Tree’s Beachfront
Condos are undoubtedly the Caribbean’s best value.
